Current Projects - Winter 2006

Sustainable Community Development Company is developing a unique residential project in Carlisle, PA. The project, currently in the planning phase, will consist of up to twenty homes of varying size for sale within the core area of the borough. High energy performance and resource efficiency will be combined with healthful interiors in a location that will allow residents to walk or bicycle to many community resources.

SuCoDev's principal, David Sheridan, assisted the Housing Development Corporation of Lancaster in planning for a high performance project to provide homes for senior citizens in Parkesburg, PA.
